Former BGSU Falcons basketball player Richaun Holmes was traded by the Philadelphia 76ers to the Phoenix Suns earlier this summer. After a slow start to the season, Holmes has earned extra minutes over the past few games following the departure of veteran big man, Tyson Chandler. Last night, Holmes posted his first double-double as of a member of the Suns, 13 points and 10 rebounds, against the Brooklyn Nets. He spoke to the media after the game. Ay Ziggy!
